My Photography
Journey

My name is Mikayla Johnson. There have been multiple photographers in my family over the years that I have had the privilege of watching. Therefore, one could say there is a part of me that took to it naturally. My personal journey began with the love of travel that my parents instilled in me, chasing the most scenic views possible. I began to explore unique angles on my small digital camera. Then SURPRISE... my husband gifted me my first Canon camera for our 5th anniversary! I realized that with the right camera, the right editing and the right eye any moment you experience can be paradise. Through my lens, I strive to freeze that fleeting moment in time for you to enjoy indefinitely.
(I am currently located in the lower Rio Grande Valley, Texas.)
